We also had launched a new service called Tour of the Floor which is specially designed for social dancers, on getting back into inclusive dance. Tour Of The Floor will let you explore different dance genres from all over the world and will help get you dancing again in a fun and safe way. https://paradance.org.uk/tour-of-the-floor-launch/

We also have launched  Fit For The Floor to our Para Dance Sports athletes and instructors, it is designed to assist athletes in getting active and fit for when they can return to competition training, the super flexible online programme is made up of different mini-courses, including two body and mind fitness courses with videos for athletes to join in with. https://paradance.org.uk/fit-for-the-floor-launches-to-support-para-dance-sport-athletes/
