EVENT & COURSE TICKETS

    • It is not possible for the NATD to transfer, exchange, refund, or return tickets if the event/course is going ahead on the planned date.
    • Your ticket can only be refunded if the event/course is cancelled or rescheduled.
    • A valid ticket must be produced on arrival to an event or course.
    • Under reasonable circumstances, NATD reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any ticket holder to leave.
    • Reselling your ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void.
    • To adhere to safeguarding rules, some NATD events may require the name, email address and school ID of each ticket holder. This information will then be sent to the relevant Dance School Principal to confirm the ticket holder details.
    • Certain NATD Teacher Training courses require that attendees must hold an NATD membership or similar with a recognised Awarding Organisation. Failure to provide correct information may result in the ticket becoming void.
    • Once a ticket has been purchased from www.natd.org.uk you may receive update emails for the event in question. Users can unsubscribe from this at anytime.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our refund & returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item then please email Head Office on info@natd.co.uk and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
NATD digital downloadable products are exempt from being returned/refunded.

Downloadable products include:
– Digital versions of NATD syllabi
– Digital Video Downloads including online course material.
– Digital Syllabus Music

NATD REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
