The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of TEACHERS of DANCING LIMITED will be held on MONDAY 4th OCTOBER 2021 Via Zoom
Commencing at 10.30 a.m to deal with the following business:-
A G E N D A
1. To transact any ordinary business of the Association.
1.1 Minutes of Previous Meeting.
1.2 Matters Arising.
2. To receive and consider the President’s & Chief Executive reports.
3. Balance Sheet accounts and auditors report.
4. To declare result for President of the Association 2022
5. To declare result of the Ballot for Members of the Council of Management
6. To appoint the auditors for the Association.
7. To appoint up to 2 Non-Executive Directors of the Association
8. Any other business.
