The Freestyle Committee have been busy revising our current Syllabus

The NEW REVISED FREESTYLE SYLLABUS will be introduced in September 2026
The EXISTING FREESTYLE SYLLABUS will be phased out by March 2027
YOU ARE INVITED to join us for one of our TRAINING SESSIONS (see attached poster for dates) to learn all about:-
  • What’s changed
  • What’s been added
  • What’s been taken out
These training sessions apply to you:-
  • If you teach Freestyle and enter your students for Graded Exams or Medal Tests
  • If you are undergoing teacher training
