NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of TEACHERS of DANCING LIMITED

👉 MONDAY 2nd OCTOBER 2023 at NATD Headquarters,

National House, Turnfields Court, Turnfields, THATCHAM, Berkshire, RG19 4PT

👉 And also via Zoom

👉 Commencing at 10.30 am to deal with the following business:-

AGENDA

  1. To transact any ordinary business of the Association.
    1. 1.1  Minutes of Previous Meeting.
    2. 1.2  Matters Arising.
  2. To receive and consider the President’s & Chief Executive reports.
  3. Balance Sheet accounts and auditors report.
  4. To declare result for President of the Association 2024 – Miss Michelle Webster
  5. To declare result of the Ballot for Members of the Council of Management
  6. To appoint the auditors for the Association.
  7. To appoint up to 2 Non-Executive Directors of the Association
  8. Any other business.
