BALLET

There are Grades 1 to 8 preceded by Preliminary and Class Examination levels, which may be taken from the age of four years. After mastering these initial grades, there are further professional and performance options available. Supplemental to these examinations are various junior and senior medal tests to encourage the sense of dance quality and performance. Children with special needs are encouraged to participate in our classes and examinations. The teachers are supported by theatrical examiners who visit their schools and by the theatrical committees who constantly assess the syllabus and the training of the teachers.

OUR ADULT FIT SYLLABUS IS AVAILABLE IN THIS GENRE

NATD has developed syllabi for Adults (over 16 years) in Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance to encourage all adults to enjoy theatrical dance.

With benefits for physical and mental health proven through exercise, everyone is welcome to the classes which offer Levels 1-5 in all branches. A fantastic way to keep fit.
